From April 20 to 24, 2026, ProLeiT and Schneider Electric presented innovative solutions for the digital, sustainable, and data-driven transformation of the F&B industry at Hannover Messe in Hall 13, Booth C34. The focus was on practical live demos, in-depth customer discussions, high-profile panel discussions, and numerous media and executive meetings. 

Live Demos: Hands-on Digital Solutions 

At the joint booth, visitors gained concrete insights into connected production scenarios across the entire value chain: 

• Bread 4.0 with CoBot & Plant iT Batch Orchestration System 
  The demonstration showcased the interaction between the Plant iT Batch Orchestration System, the hybrid cloud-based AVEVA MES, and CONNECT Analytics – an example of intelligent batch orchestration, flexibility, and continuous optimization. 
  A video on Bread 4.0, filmed with Francisco Sanchez Valdivia and Reinholt Schlechter, is currently in post-production and will be shared upon completion.
• Integrated Operations Center (IOC) 
  Using solutions from Industrial Water, ProLeiT, and AVEVA, the demonstration showed how transparent, integrated control rooms enable operational excellence across sites.
• “BrauEule” Microbrewery with Vision Quality Control 
  A particular highlight was the “BrauEule” microbrewery demo. Here, an impressive demonstration showed how brewmaxx – based on EcoStruxure Automation Expert – integrates AI-powered quality control, alarm analytics, and EcoCare to ensure maximum process stability, operator transparency, and product quality. In addition, a video featuring Thomas Wunderlich was produced, clearly explaining BrauEule and the added value of the integrated solutions.

Strong Synergies with Dell, AVEVA, and Schneider Electric 

Another key focus was on our collaboration with Dell. ProLeiT was also represented at the Dell booth. There, our colleague Adam Opgenorth highlighted the synergies between Schneider Electric, AVEVA, and ProLeiT and presented the connections in a very clear and concise manner. The integrated software solutions were consolidated on the Dell PowerEdge VRTX platform – a clear example of scalable IT/OT architectures specifically tailored to the requirements of the process industry. 

International Attention and Media Coverage 

A particular highlight was the visit of a Nestlé delegation of around 40 participants, who gained deep insights into the technologies on display through customized tours, executive meetings, and media sessions. 

The trade show appearance was accompanied by several press releases, including a white paper on AI in CPG and a recent AVEVA customer success story.
