Upgrade 9.80: New functions for maximum productivity
A key feature of the new system version is the availability of Modicon from Schneider Electric as an additional controller platform for Plant iT and brewmaxx alongside Siemens Simatic and Rockwell Automation ControlLogix. With this innovation, ProLeiT enables more than just simply networking global production sites with various controller platforms. Plant operators also benefit from hassle-free maintenance and significantly lower service expenditures.
Further features of the V9.80 include:
- A new automation class for Altivar frequency inverters that enables direct and fast access via the web front end.
- An innovative batch orchestration system that can be used independently of the controller platform and offers various functions such as order processing, batch tracking and recipe, parts list and material management.
- Mobile process operation with Smart Control & Smart Units that enables process monitoring by means of mobile end devices and provides plant operators with valuable support in the event of problems, maintenance and plant expansions.
